OBJECTIVE

  • Our key objective for the Compass Mid Scale Production was to create Leadership and Culture ad videos. We asked staff members to discuss what they thought about these topics.

  • The audience for this series was leaders of organizations interested in developing their leadership and culture skills.

  • We executed this in 1 day, asking questions related to leadership and culture with lead staff members at Insight Global.
